Brief introduction
This product is used for the extraction, enrichment, and purification steps of genomic nucleic acids in fresh, frozen, or anticoagulant-containing blood samples. The sample is lysed, and nucleic acid is released from the cells under the action of guanidinium salt; the nucleic acid is separated from other impurities in the sample by the specific adsorption of magnetic beads and then rinsed by the washing solution to remove proteins and residual guanidinium salts, etc. Finally, after the elution and magnetic adsorption, we get purified nucleic acid, and the obtained product can be used for PCR amplification, nucleic acid detection and analysis, mutation detection and sequencing, and other experiments.
